Liz Chen is a lab planner at HGA's San Diego office and specializes in transforming underutilized vacant offices or corporate campuses into life science uses via her creative asset repurposing expertise. She obtained her Master of Science in Design – Advanced Architectural Design from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a committee member on the U.S. Green Building Council Location Planning Technical Advisory Group and a special advisor to the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure CEO.
