2. Top Digital Summit of 2021: The Lab Manager Leadership Digital Summit
Attracting more than 2,000 registrants, the 2021 Lab Manager Leadership Digital Summit was our top performing event of the year. Presentation topics included: “Listening—The Key to Successful Communication,” “Navigating Mind Traps,” “Embrace Humility to Become a Better Leader and Lab Manager,” and more. 3. Top Big Picture Series of 2021: Bioprocessing: Where It Is and Where It’s Going
The Lab Manager editorial team produced 14 Big Picture series in 2021, each of which takes a deep dive into a specific industry or field of science. The most popular series of the year focused on bioprocessing. Articles in the series discussed how companies are solving challenges in industrial bioprocessing, trends in single-use bioprocessing, recent developments in cell line development in upstream bioprocessing, and how new options in cell media can help overcome the challenges of cell therapy manufacturing. 4. LIVE Lab Manager Leadership Summit & Leadership Excellence Awards
The live Lab Manager Leadership Summit is back! Given the success of the digital event, the Leadership Summit was the perfect choice for our first live event of 2022. Taking place in Baltimore, Maryland from May 16-18, the Summit will focus on key management, business, safety, and staffing challenges facing today’s lab managers. We will also honor winners of our inaugural Leadership Excellence Awards at the Summit. 5. Upcoming Digital Events in 2022
We’re already preparing for another busy year, as our calendar is filled with 11 digital summits, as well as a variety of safety, management, and lab design webinars in 2022. The first few digital events of the new year include the Analytical Chemistry Digital Summit in January, the Green Labs Digital Summit in February, and the Drug Discovery Digital Summit in March. Each event will feature a lineup of expert speakers, and provide opportunities for attendees to participate in Q&A sessions.
